Your practice is busy and contains high tech diagnostic equipment. You cannot afford “downtime." OIC provides the best support in the field in our region. We have more service technicians than anyone else in New England. Our factory trained technicians, known for their dependability and quality of work, continuously update their training from manufacturer-sponsored seminars, as well as in-house classes to keep up with the leading edge of technology.
Service is expedited onsite whenever possible. We are factory authorized for over 50 manufacturers to provide proper initial installation and warranty service. When more detailed support is needed we have our own in house service department with over 30 years of experience.
Repairs and Preventative Maintenance
On-site service or pick up available in MA, ME, VT, NH, RI, CT, and NY.
For all other states, call and send your equipment to us for in-house service.
Loaner equipment provided when available.
Relocation Services
Our Factory Trained Service Technicians will move and then re-install your equipment to manufacturer's specifications.
